Due to delays USPS has been experiencing most of this year, we cannot guarantee any package will arrive in any specific time frame. We ship all hoops with USPS Priority Mail Service, which usually takes only 2-3 days for the package to arrive, but that is an estimate and not a guarantee. All Priority shipped packages have insurance coverage, so if your package is damaged upon arrival due to shipping you can file a claim on the USPS website.
Our current turn around time is two weeks, meaning it can take up to two weeks to get your order through production before it's shipped out with Priority 2-3 day shipping. Since each hoop is custom made to order, our order queue can take a bit longer to get through during the busy seasons. If you need your order by a specific date, please send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate.
All hoop sales are final sales. Most hoops are made to order, so please review your order before placing it. If we have simply sent you the wrong hoop, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
We are offering a 6 month warranty on our hoops!
Our warranty covers all issues caused by the connection of our hoops. If your hoop connector or the area near the connector snaps within the first six months of owning (starting after shipping date), we will repair your hoop free of cost.
Repairs (if possible) after the expiration of the warranty are available and will be $10 plus shipping, local customers can drop it off.
